This service allows you to order Real Estate Tax Certifications electronically and is a service of the Government Software Services, Inc. system. All payments are processed immediately and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. Tax Certification and receipt will be processed and sent by the Tax Claim Bureau the following business day after request. Tax Certifications are per parcel and only one parcel can be processed at a time online.
